Step One: Starting September 2002, we started to orient people to the Common Society Movement. From these Orientations, people agree to participate as Organizers and Catalyst-Leaders. Each organizer agrees to host an Orientation for additional participants, until we reach 3,000,000 Catalyst-Leaders in this country, 60,000,000 worldwide. Our goal is to do this by 2010. (3.000.000 is 1% of the population of the US. What is 1% of the population of your town?)

Step Two: By 2010, the millions of Catalyst-Leaders will engage in an inclusive dialog project, involving all humans. The purpose of this dialog is to develop a common outlook/vision/direction for humanity. This dialog will take place outside of governments, vested interests and special interests. Our goal is to complete this by 2015.

Step Three: With a consensus of humanity, and with a network of Catalyst-Leaders to guide the process, we will re-direct the world's human resources, away from poverty, war, hatred and conflict and toward a world that works for all. This could take many years.
